The HP Rule
There is actually a Rule on HP as opposed to the knowledge that Mercenaries only gain about 6 HP per 1 Physique.
- Physique 6 to 20 will give you 6 HP per 1 Physique
- Physique 21 to 30 will give you 7 HP per 1 Physique
The HP Rule adds an additional 1 HP per 10 Points put in Physique.
Misc. Mercenary Tips
- It's not wise to tank a lot of mobs at the same time. Not only will you not able to hit each and every one of them, you'll also deplete your Armor Durability faster. It's better to attack a monster until it's HP is low nought for you to kill with your AoE, just get monsters one by one doing this until you got about 5 to 10 of them and then AoE away.
- Do not whine, every other Job/Class has their own problem too, not only Mercenaries and their armor. Nobody likes a whining Mercenary.
- To conserve domo gold, do not change immediately to a new armor set, use your old armor until it can no longer go for a long hunt (like about 80+ durability max). Don't worry about being damaged too much, you're a Mercenary, you take damage and laugh at it.
- There's no "Perfect Build", it's up to the player and how he plays.
